Tim Johnson


Tim Johnson has worked at the Chicago Botanic Garden for 32 years and currently is the senior director of horticulture, overseeing horticulture operations, which include 27 display gardens, general grounds, plant health care and plant production. He teaches a variety of classes for the School of the Chicago Botanic Garden, writes a weekly gardening column for the Chicago Tribune and Daily Herald, and is a frequent media spokesperson for gardening topics.
