Biography

Executive Chef Damon Workman creates modern Mexican fare at Cantina Laredo, set in the heart of Chicago’s bustling River North neighborhood. His vast experience with Consolidated Restaurant Group (CRO) spans over 12 years, working in the kitchens of several Cantina Laredo locations, including outposts in Nebraska, Arkansas, Missouri, Texas and Nevada. Workman is passionate about using from-scratch cooking techniques, incorporating the freshest possible ingredients into Cantina Laredo’s south of the border cuisine.
